Pregnancy for African-American Women: On the TJMS today Jacque Reid went 'Inside Her Story' with Angela Burgin Logan. She used of her life threatening plight with Preeclampsia during her first pregnancy where she gained over 100lbs and her blood pressure peaked at 210/110. She and her husband Samson Logan Executive Produced and Produced Breathe'; a film starring Robin Givens, Elise Neal, Samson Logan, Jazsmin Lewis, Steven Williams, Clyde R. Jones, Angelea Preston and Miguel Nunez to tell her story. Angela said she believes "what happened was a call to action to tell their story to change the outcome for other women and their babies as the face of what pregnancy related conditions that affect African American women looks like."
